Is there an estimated date when they will be available? Step 1: FDA approved, woohooo! Step 2: Waiting on ACIP approval. This governing body from the CDC meets mid-September so we’re hoping by then! Fingers and toes crossed 🙂
Who will be eligible for the vaccine? 65+ and those 64 and under with a health condition (we won’t need proof of what health condition but you will check off/self-attest on our form).
Which vaccines will you have in stock? Moderna 65+ (enhanced COVID vaccine with optimized dose for more protection for seniors), Moderna 12+, Moderna 6 months-11 years, Pfizer 12+, Pfizer 5-11, and Novavax 12+.
Can I sign up now for the vaccine? Its hard to let you schedule when we don’t have a firm date of when the ACIP approves. But, we would like to inform you when they do approve & we’re ready to go. Fill out this quick questionnaire & we’ll be in touch 🙂
Will my insurance still cover the vaccines? There’s no reason why they would not. For those who do not have insurance, are underinsured, or have issues with insurance—we’ll find a way to help you.
