NimbleRX is a secure prescription communication and checkout tool used by pharmacies.
It allows patients to receive prescription updates by text, pay online when available, choose pickup or shipping or delivery options, and manage prescription communication more easily.

NimbleRX may allow you to review your prescription cost and pay online before coming to the pharmacy.
This can help make pickup faster and reduce the need to wait at the register.

Pickup, Shipping, or Delivery Options
When available, NimbleRX may allow you to choose whether you want to pick up your prescription at Skippack Pharmacy or have it shipped or delivered.
Some prescriptions may not be eligible for shipping or delivery depending on the medication, timing, insurance rules, refrigeration needs, signature requirements, or other restrictions.

Prescription Updates by Text
You may receive a text message from NimbleRX when a prescription is ready, when payment is available, when pickup or shipping/delivery options can be selected, or when there is an update about your medication.
These messages are being sent on behalf of Skippack Pharmacy.
Request and Manage Prescription Refills
NimbleRx may allow you to request refills and manage eligible prescriptions from your phone.
How to Request a Refill

Open the secure link sent to you by NimbleRx or open the NimbleRx app.

Verify your information.

Select the medication or medications you would like refilled.

Review your request and follow the instructions to submit it.

Skippack Pharmacy will process your request and notify you when your prescription is ready or if additional information is needed.
Submitting a refill request does not necessarily mean your prescription is ready or that payment has been completed. When your prescription is ready, you may receive another message allowing you to review the cost, pay online, and choose pickup, shipping, or delivery when available.
Choose Your Refill Preference
Depending on the medication, NimbleRx may allow you to choose how future refills are managed:
Remind Me to Refill
Receive a message when it may be time to request your next refill. You decide whether you are ready to fill it.
Refill on Schedule
Eligible maintenance medications may be submitted for refill automatically according to their schedule.
Pause Future Refills
Stop reminders or scheduled refills for a medication until you choose to restart them.
What Happens Next?
When your prescription is ready or needs action, you may receive a NimbleRX text message.
You can open the secure link to review your prescription, cost, payment option, pickup option, or shipping or delivery option.
If you do not want to use the link, you can still contact Skippack Pharmacy directly or come in to pay and pick up like usual.
