2. We coordinate the details
Our team works with your office or event coordinator to confirm the clinic setup, registration process, vaccine options, staffing, and communication materials.
3. We prepare for the event
Skippack Pharmacy reviews registration information when possible, prepares vaccine supply, assigns staff, and confirms final logistics before the event.
4. We come to you
Our immunization team brings the vaccines, supplies, documentation materials, and staffing needed to run an organized on-site clinic.

Is there a fee to the host organization?
No. There is no fee to the host organization for Skippack Pharmacy to provide an approved vaccination and public-health station. Our team brings the immunizers, vaccines, clinical supplies, documentation materials, Narcan and educational resources needed for the event.
What does the host organization need to provide?
The host generally provides an accessible event space, a table and chairs, setup and unloading instructions, and a primary event contact. We also ask the host to help promote vaccine availability and confirm that vaccinations and Narcan distribution are permitted at the venue.
Can uninsured or underinsured residents participate?
Yes. We work to make vaccinations available at no out-of-pocket cost for insured, uninsured and underinsured participants. Our clinic team will review the event’s audience and vaccine needs in advance to determine the best options for attendees.
Can Skippack Pharmacy provide free Narcan?
Yes. We can provide free Narcan and brief overdose-response education at approved events. Narcan may be offered to attendees, caregivers, families and community members who would like to keep it available in an emergency.
Can the clinic be open to the public?
Yes. Clinics may be open to the general public or limited to a specific group, such as seniors, veterans, municipal employees or district residents. The host organization determines who may attend.
Can your team accommodate walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins can often be accommodated. Advance registration is encouraged because it helps our team prepare the appropriate vaccines, supplies and staffing, but we understand that public events frequently include unregistered attendees.
Can your team support large public events?
Yes. Skippack Pharmacy has experience coordinating off-site vaccine clinics for community events, senior communities, schools, businesses, faith organizations, and public partners. For larger events, we can help plan staffing, clinic flow, registration, supplies, and documentation to keep the process organized and efficient.
How does registration work?
After the clinic is scheduled, Skippack Pharmacy can provide a registration process for participants. This may include an online registration link, paper forms, or a combination of both depending on the event, audience, and host organization’s preference.
Can you help promote the event?
Yes. With the host organization’s approval, Skippack Pharmacy can help share public event information through our community network and established social media platforms. Promotional support is focused on increasing awareness of the event and the health services available.
Do you provide homebound vaccinations?
Yes. Skippack Pharmacy provides homebound vaccination services throughout Montgomery County. Legislative offices, caregivers and community organizations may direct residents to www.SkippackPharmacy.com/Homebound or contact our clinic team directly for assistance.
Can you provide pediatric vaccines through VFC?
Yes. Skippack Pharmacy is VFC-certified and can provide eligible pediatric vaccines through the Vaccines for Children program when appropriate for the event. Our clinic team will review the expected ages, requested vaccines and event setup before confirming pediatric services.
How are the vaccinations billed?
Skippack Pharmacy bills insurance whenever possible. Participants may be asked to provide insurance information during registration so our team can review coverage before the clinic when possible. Any out-of-pocket cost, if applicable, depends on the participant’s insurance, eligibility, vaccine requested, and current program availability.
What happens if another pharmacy is already participating?
We are happy to complement the services already being provided. Skippack Pharmacy may be able to offer free Narcan, homebound-vaccination referrals, pediatric vaccine access, additional vaccines not being offered, overflow support or additional clinical staffing.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance and other requested documentation?
Yes. Skippack Pharmacy can provide a certificate of insurance and applicable professional, clinical and organizational documentation requested by the host or venue. Please let our clinic team know what documentation is required and when it must be submitted.
