Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Mobile Vaccination Clinic Questions:
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Most mobile clinics require approximately 10 participants.
Smaller clinics may still be possible depending on location, vaccines requested, travel distance, and scheduling availability.
Is there a fee to the organization?
Most standard clinics do not have a separate host fee when participation requirements are met and vaccines can be billed through insurance or an available vaccine-access program.
If there may be a cost because of special arrangements, noncovered vaccines, or a smaller clinic, we’ll discuss it with you before confirming the event.
What about people without insurance?
Skippack Pharmacy bills insurance whenever applicable.
Certain vaccines, including flu and COVID-19 vaccines, may be available at no cost to eligible uninsured or underinsured participants through available public-health or vaccine-access programs.
Eligibility, funding, and vaccine availability can change, so our team will review current options when planning your clinic.
How far will Skippack Pharmacy travel?
We primarily serve Montgomery County and surrounding communities, but we may travel farther depending on clinic size, location, vaccine needs, and team availability.

What does the organization need to provide?
We generally request an accessible clinic area with at least one table, several chairs, and a trash can. Our team brings the vaccines, clinical supplies, equipment, consent materials, and staffing needed to operate the clinic.
Can employees, family members, residents, or community members participate?
Yes. The host organization can decide whether the clinic is limited to its employees or residents or opened to family members, neighboring organizations, and the surrounding community.
Can you accommodate walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins can often be accommodated when vaccine supply, eligibility, staffing, and time allow. Advance registration is strongly recommended so our team can review insurance information, resolve potential issues, and bring the correct number and types of vaccines.
How much advance notice is recommended for a mobile vaccination clinic?
We recommend reaching out several weeks in advance whenever possible, especially for larger clinics or community events. However, we understand that opportunities sometimes come up quickly, and our team will always do our best to accommodate shorter-notice requests based on staffing, vaccine availability, and scheduling.
Can Skippack Pharmacy accommodate multiple shifts, dates, or locations?
Yes. We can work with organizations that have multiple shifts, buildings, locations, or groups that need to be vaccinated at different times. Our team will work with you to create a clinic schedule that makes vaccination as convenient and accessible as possible for your employees, residents, students, members, or community.
Can Skippack Pharmacy help promote our vaccination clinic?
Yes. We can help make it easier for your organization to spread the word and encourage participation. Depending on your needs, we can provide customized registration links and QR codes, flyers, digital materials, and other promotional support. For select community events, we may also be able to collaborate on social media, community outreach, or event promotion. We are happy to make the clinic as visible—or as private—as your organization prefers.
