We recommend reaching out several weeks in advance whenever possible, especially for larger clinics or community events. However, we understand that opportunities sometimes come up quickly, and our team will always do our best to accommodate shorter-notice requests based on staffing, vaccine availability, and scheduling.

Our team will work with you to create a clinic schedule that makes vaccination as convenient and accessible as possible for your employees, residents, students, members, or community.
