North Penn School District, Montgomery County Office of Public Health, and Skippack Pharmacy are partnering to help North Penn students receive school-required vaccines for the 2026–2027 school year.
Two community vaccine clinics will be available for North Penn School District students who need to catch up on vaccinations required for school attendance.
Advance registration is encouraged. Walk-ins are welcome.
Depending on eligibility and insurance coverage, vaccines may be available at no cost or billed to insurance.

There is NO copay and NO out-of-pocket cost to families for vaccines provided through this North Penn program.
If your child has insurance, Skippack Pharmacy will bill their insurance when applicable.
If your child is uninsured or eligible for a vaccine assistance program such as Vaccines for Children (VFC), our team will coordinate the appropriate coverage.

Who Should Attend?
These clinics are for North Penn School District students who need one or more vaccinations required for school attendance.
Not sure which vaccines your student still needs?
North Penn School District nurses will be onsite and will have access to Infinite Campus to help review student immunization records and identify school-required vaccines that may still be needed.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to register in advance so the clinic team can review available information and help make the vaccination process as smooth as possible.
Pennsylvania School-Required Vaccines
Pennsylvania requires students to meet specific immunization requirements for school attendance.
Students in Grades K–12 may need:
- Tetanus, diphtheria and pertussis-containing vaccine, such as DTaP, Tdap or Td, depending on age and vaccination history
- Polio
- MMR — measles, mumps and rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella — chickenpox vaccine or acceptable evidence of immunity
Students Entering 7th Grade
Additional requirements include:
- Tdap
- Meningococcal conjugate vaccine
Students Entering 12th Grade
An additional meningococcal conjugate vaccine dose is required according to Pennsylvania school immunization requirements.
The exact vaccines or doses your student needs depend on age and previous vaccination history. North Penn nurses and the clinic vaccination team will help review each student’s records.
Walk-Ins Are Welcome
You do not need to have an appointment to attend.
Advance registration is strongly encouraged because it allows the clinic team to prepare paperwork, review insurance or vaccine-program eligibility when possible, and help reduce your wait on clinic day.
Walk-in families will also be accommodated.
Vaccines Available:
This clinic will include school-required vaccines.
- DTaP — for younger children who need doses in the tetanus/diphtheria/pertussis series
- Tdap — including the required 7th-grade dose and catch-up when appropriate
- Td — if needed to complete an age-appropriate tetanus/diphtheria catch-up series
- Polio (IPV)
- MMR — measles, mumps, rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella — chickenpox
- Meningococcal conjugate (MenACWY) — required for 7th grade and again for 12th grade when applicable

Please register anyway. Our team will determine eligibility for available vaccine assistance programs, including the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program when applicable.
If your child is underinsured:
Please register. Our team will review the available vaccine coverage options and determine the appropriate program.
Regardless of insurance status, families participating in this program will not be charged an out-of-pocket cost for vaccinations provided through the program.
How do I know which vaccines my student needs?
North Penn School District nurses will be onsite and will have access to Infinite Campus to help review student immunization records.
The vaccination team will also review the student’s age and previous vaccination history before vaccines are administered.
Do I need an appointment?
No.
Walk-ins are welcome at both clinics, although advance registration is strongly encouraged.
Can my student receive more than one required vaccine?
Depending on the student’s vaccination history and clinical appropriateness, multiple vaccines may be administered during the same visit.
The vaccination team will review your student’s needs before vaccines are given.
What if my student does not have insurance?
Please register or come to the clinic.
No-cost vaccine-access options are available depending on the student’s eligibility and the vaccines needed.
Our goal is to help families identify the best available option rather than allowing cost or insurance questions to keep a student from seeking needed school vaccinations.
What should I bring?
Please bring:
- Your student’s insurance card, if available
- Prescription insurance card, if separate
- Any vaccination records you have available
- Parent or guardian identification, if applicable
Parent or guardian consent is required for vaccination of minors.
