Yes. Clinics can be set up for residents only, staff only, or opened to caregivers and family members if the community would like to offer a broader vaccine event.
How does registration work?
After the clinic is scheduled, Skippack Pharmacy can provide a registration process for participants. This may include an online form, paper forms, or a combination of both depending on what works best for the facility or senior center.
While online forms help us prepare ahead of time and reduce day-of paperwork, paper forms can be used when they are easier for residents or the facility. We can work with your team to choose the best option.
How are the vaccinations billed?
Skippack Pharmacy bills insurance whenever possible. Participants may be asked to provide insurance information during registration so our team can review coverage before the clinic when possible. Any out-of-pocket cost, if applicable, depends on the participant’s insurance, eligibility, vaccine requested, and current program availability.
Can uninsured or underinsured participants receive vaccines?
In some cases, uninsured or underinsured participants may qualify for available vaccine-access programs. Eligibility depends on age, insurance status, vaccine needed, program requirements, and product availability. Our team can review options before the clinic.
How long does each clinic last?
Our mobile vaccination clinics are very organized! We come prepared to vaccinate everyone that signs up. The length of the clinic depends on the number of people getting vaccinated.
Is there a minimum number of people that need to sign up to receive a vaccination?
Mobile clinics generally require at least 10 participants. If your group is smaller, contact us—we may be able to combine nearby groups, invite family or community members, or discuss a small-clinic service fee.
What paperwork is required?
For most clinics, we use a HIPAA-secure, online consent and sign-up form. This form is filled out prior to the clinic. This allows us to obtain each individual’s information. Then we can bill insurance and solve any issues ahead of time. We will provide paper consent forms and gather information from patients who were unable to sign up ahead of time.
What vaccinations do you offer?
Common vaccines for older adults may include flu, COVID-19, RSV, pneumococcal, shingles, Tdap, and other eligible vaccines based on age, health history, recommendations, insurance coverage, and product availability.
Can residents receive more than one vaccine at the same clinic?
In many cases, yes. Some vaccines may be given during the same visit when appropriate. Our team can review each participant’s vaccine needs, eligibility, and current recommendations before or during the clinic.

Yes. Skippack Pharmacy can help provide documentation after the clinic when needed. We can work with the facility or senior center to support resident vaccine records, while following applicable privacy and documentation requirements.

Vaccines are administered by Skippack Pharmacy’s licensed pharmacists, trained immunizers, or other qualified clinical team members, depending on the clinic needs and applicable requirements. Our team brings the supplies and staffing needed to run an organized on-site clinic.

Most clinics need a clean, accessible space with tables, chairs, and enough room for check-in, vaccination, and post-vaccine observation when needed.
