Not yet. Skippack Pharmacy is preparing for the new season and will update this page as products arrive.
Join our interest list and we’ll notify you as vaccine options become available.
Can I get a COVID-19 vaccine if I want one?
Yes — start with us.
COVID vaccine recommendations and product indications can vary depending on age, vaccine product and individual circumstances.
At Skippack Pharmacy, our goal is simple: if you want COVID-19 vaccination, we will help you navigate the process and find an appropriate vaccination option.
You don’t need to figure out the rules before contacting us.
Which COVID vaccine is best for me?
There isn’t one answer for everyone. Available choices can depend on your age, vaccination history, health circumstances, current product indications, inventory and personal preference.
Our pharmacists can help you understand your options.
Do I need another COVID vaccine this year?
Recommendations may depend on your age, previous vaccination, immune status and other individual factors.
As of August 2026, CDC’s detailed clinical guidance currently posted remains the 2025–26 guidance. We will update this page as the 2026–27 recommendations are finalized.
I'm 65 or older. Will I need two doses this season?
Final detailed dosing guidance for the 2026–27 season has not yet been posted. Previous seasons included additional doses for some older adults, but those schedules should not automatically be assumed to apply to 2026–27.
We’ll update this page when the new schedule is finalized.
I'm immunocompromised. Will I need additional doses?
People who are moderately or severely immunocompromised may follow a different vaccination schedule. The appropriate number and timing of doses depends on current guidance, previous vaccination and the vaccine being used.
Contact us and we’ll help review the current schedule with you.
I recently had COVID. Should I still get vaccinated?
Having recently had COVID does not necessarily mean you’ll never need another COVID vaccine. Timing can depend on when you were infected, your individual risk and current recommendations.
Ask our team if you’re unsure about timing.
Can children receive COVID vaccines at Skippack?
Yes, whenever an appropriate age-specific COVID vaccine is available. Exact pediatric options for 2026–27 will be posted as products arrive.
Do you vaccinate babies and toddlers?
Yes, when an age-appropriate product is available. Children under age 3 require an appropriately scheduled appointment because additional staffing is needed.
Can I get Flu and COVID together?
Yes, when appropriate for you. They can generally be given during the same visit.
Can I receive other vaccines at the same appointment?
Often, yes. Our appointment form allows patients to select multiple vaccines and our team will review them before administration.
Do I need a prescription?
No separate physician prescription is required when vaccination is provided through the applicable pharmacy vaccination authority/protocol.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended because completing everything beforehand makes your visit faster and helps us confirm inventory.
What if I don't have insurance?
Please don’t let insurance keep you from reaching out.
Email clinic@skippackpharmacy.com and our team will work with you to determine what options are available.
I'm afraid of needles or need additional accommodations. Can you help?
Absolutely. Our private sensory-friendly vaccine room and experienced team can help create a more comfortable vaccination experience.
Email clinic@skippackpharmacy.com before your visit and tell us what would make the experience easier.
Can you vaccinate someone who is homebound?
Yes, depending on location, vaccine availability and staffing.
Can Skippack come to our business, school, church or community?
Absolutely. We provide mobile clinics for workplaces, schools, senior communities, municipalities, houses of worship and community organizations.
Do I need to prove that I have a medical condition?

COVID Vaccination With a Team That’s Been Here From the Beginning
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Skippack Pharmacy became a community vaccination hub serving people throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
From large community clinics and pediatric vaccination events to homebound visits and mobile outreach, our team and thousands of community volunteers came together to make vaccination accessible to those who wanted it.
More than 100,000 vaccines later, that mission hasn’t changed.
We’re still here to remove barriers, answer questions and bring vaccination to the people who want it.
