Sexual Wellness

Skippack Pharmacy offers access to prescribed compounded topical formulations that may be considered by your healthcare provider as part of an individualized approach to sexual wellness.

Hormone Support

Hormonal changes can sometimes occur alongside concerns involving sexual wellness, energy, sleep, mood, or other changes in how you feel.

If hormone therapy is being considered, an appropriate healthcare provider should evaluate your symptoms, medical history, laboratory information when appropriate, and individual risks before recommending treatment.

Skippack Pharmacy can dispense prescribed hormone therapies when appropriate and help patients understand ordering, administration, storage, and refill information.

Hair Loss

Hair loss can have many potential causes, and treatment is not one-size-fits-all.

Skippack Pharmacy offers prescribed topical hair-loss options, including minoxidil formulations, when ordered by an appropriate healthcare provider. Your prescriber can help determine whether treatment is appropriate based on your type of hair loss, medical history, medications, and other factors.

About Compounded Medications

Compounding can provide an individualized medication option when a prescriber determines that a patient’s needs are not appropriately met by an available FDA-approved product.

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness, or quality.

Your healthcare provider should determine whether a compounded medication is appropriate for your individual needs, and your medication should always be used according to the directions provided by your prescriber and pharmacy.

  • Euphoria Cream – 30 gram pump ($100)

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. The prescription women’s health medications offered through this program require a valid prescription from an appropriately licensed healthcare provider.

What if I don't have a prescriber?

You can speak with your regular healthcare provider or explore one of the independent provider options listed on this page.

Physician 360 may be an option for certain non-controlled medications. For patients interested in a hormonal health evaluation or testosterone therapy, the hormonal health consultation option listed above may be more appropriate.

All prescribing decisions are made independently by the evaluating healthcare provider.

Does filling out the interest form mean I have ordered medication?

No. The Women’s Health Interest Form helps our team understand what you’re looking for and provide the appropriate next steps. A valid prescription and completed payment are still required before a prescription order can be processed.

Are compounded women's health medications covered by insurance?

The compounded medications offered through this program are currently handled as cash-pay prescriptions and are not submitted to insurance through this program.

How do Scream, Climax, and Euphoria Creams differ by ingredients and how they work?

Each formulation contains a different combination of compounded ingredients:

Scream Cream
Theophylline 3% / Arginine 6% / Sildenafil 2%

Climax Cream
Theophylline 3% / Arginine 3% / Ergoloid Mesylate 0.05% / Pentoxifylline 5%

Euphoria Cream
Arginine 6% / Papaverine 5% / Alprostadil 0.2%

These formulations contain ingredients that may affect local blood flow and sensitivity, but individual response can vary. There is not one formulation that is right for every patient.

Your prescriber should select an option based on your symptoms, health history, medications, potential interactions, and treatment goals. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and should be used only as prescribed.

Can my medication be shipped?

Eligible prescriptions may be picked up at Skippack Pharmacy at no additional pickup charge or discreetly shipped when available. Current shipping options and fees are shown on the payment form.

How long does my order take?

Once we have the required prescription information and your payment has been completed, our team works to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible. You will receive a notification when your prescription is ready for pickup or when your shipping information is available.

How should I use my topical medication?

Use your medication exactly as directed on your prescription label and by your healthcare provider.

Because compounded formulations and prescribed directions can differ, your pharmacy label and instructions provided with your prescription should take priority over general information found online.

If you’re unsure how to use your medication, contact our pharmacy team before using it.

Can these medications cause side effects?

Yes. Prescription and compounded medications can cause side effects, local reactions, drug interactions, or other problems depending on the ingredients and the individual patient.

Review your medication, allergies, medical conditions, and other medicines with your prescriber and pharmacist. Contact a healthcare professional promptly if you experience a concerning reaction.

Can I use my HSA card or FSA card to pay for the medication?

Prescription medications generally qualify as eligible medical expenses for HSA/FSA purposes. You may use an HSA or FSA card when completing payment if permitted by your plan.

Individual plan rules can vary, so contact your HSA or FSA administrator if you’re unsure whether an expense is eligible.

What is the expiration on these medications? Can I purchase multiple for a greater months-supply?

Patients may be able to purchase multiple cream pumps at one time. These medications will have a beyond use date labeled on the bottle for when they can be used until. Keep these medications in a cool dry place at room temperature.

How do I administer this medication topically?

Apply a pea-sized amount of cream onto the clitoris and/or external genital area 30 minutes prior to sexual activity or as directed by your healthcare provider. Do not insert vaginally unless specifically instructed to by provider. For best results, follow your provider’s recommendations for use.

How often do I apply the sexual enhancing creams?

As needed 30 minutes prior to sexual activity. Follow your providers instruction for best use.

Avoid use of latex condoms while using cream.

How do I store these medications?

Store at controlled room temperature. Keep away from direct sunlight.

How do I refill my medication?

This link is used each month when reordering.  Here is the link in case you cannot find it: REFILL LINK

You will have the option to select up to a 9-month supply and inform our team if you will continue the same cream or utilize a different option. We can use existing refills or scripts on hold to fill your next order. If no refills remain, your provider will need to send a new script.

What else can I do to improve libido and sexual wellness?

Low sexual desire can have many possible causes, including hormonal changes, medications, stress, sleep, relationship factors, medical conditions, and mental health.

If changes in libido are persistent or bothersome, talk with your gynecologist or another healthcare provider. Depending on your history and symptoms, they may recommend a medication review, laboratory testing, other evaluation, lifestyle changes, or referral to a clinician or therapist with expertise in sexual health.

What hair loss treatment options are available?

There are prescription compounded options that can help support the growth of hair, scalp coverage, and hair density in patients.

Treatments include Minoxidil 2% Topical Solution which will stimulate hair follicles to support thicker and fuller looking hair over time. It is used to treat androgenetic alopecia, pattern hair loss in men and women.

Hair loss treatments are not a one size fits all. Hair type, medical history, scalp health, hormone status, and other medications you might be on during the duration of treatment can all play a crucial role in the effectiveness of these products.

How does Minoxidil work for hair loss therapy?

Minoxidil can help support hair growth in some patients with certain types of hair loss, but results vary and usually take several months to become noticeable.

Continued use is generally needed to maintain results. Some patients may experience temporary shedding after starting treatment, along with possible scalp irritation or unwanted facial or body hair.

Use the amount and frequency listed on your prescription label. Do not increase the amount or frequency unless instructed by your prescriber.

Speak with your healthcare provider before using minoxidil if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Do I need a prescription for testosterone gel?

Yes. Testosterone gel requires a prescription from a provider.

If you do not have a prescription, you can book a consultation with Lumen Aesthetics and Wellness to see if you are eligible for treatment.  Here is the link BOOK HERE

What symptoms may be related to hormone changes?

Hormone changes may be associated with symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, mood changes, difficulty sleeping, vaginal dryness, low libido, weight changes, and joint discomfort.

These symptoms can also have other causes, so a consultation is important to determine the best treatment option.

What should I expect from using testosterone gel?

Testosterone therapy may be considered by a qualified healthcare provider for select patients after an appropriate evaluation. Individual response varies, and treatment should be individualized and monitored by the prescribing provider.

Potential side effects may include acne, oily skin, increased facial or body hair, scalp hair changes, headaches, or other androgen-related effects.

Testosterone gel can also transfer to another person through skin contact. Follow your prescription instructions carefully, wash your hands after application, and keep the application area covered as directed.

Testosterone use in women is off-label in the United States, and compounded testosterone products are not FDA-approved.
